Food that should be hot was not, mostly room temperature. Only the soup was consistently hot. Great location.

Room was quick small. The iron was old, no steam function. No dedicated space to put one’s luggage. Closet space also quite small.

The rooms were nicely styled and extremely spacious. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is in a very central location, very close to the city center.

Quite comfortable overall experience. Reasonably spacious room with a large bathroom, medium priced. Famous area, very central location short walk to the subway and Dotonbori, and restaurant street. Nearby Pizza Bar Fullhouse - great place to chill out.

Stayed in a nicely decorated room with Japanese elements, such as special shampoo, at a centrally located hotel in Osaka.

The place was fairly clean and ideal, had exceptionally nice and accommodating staff in the most efficient manner.

It was in a marvellous and fantastic location around 4-6 minutes walk from Osaka Shochiku-za Theatre. Booked an a double room with large deep bath.

The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

I had a great stay here, the value was excellent, especially for the double room, and the location was very central near all the main shopping spots.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of a bustling and vibrant area. It was such a great contrast from the other cities we visited in Japan. Being surrounded by shops, eateries, and major subways made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were always friendly, accommodating, and treated us with great respect. They even went above and beyond to fulfill our requests for a quiet room and a view facing the main street. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness was impeccable. We especially loved the spaciousness of the room and the onsen style shower bathroom. It truly enhanced our level of comfort during our stay. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities such as room service, laundry, and a mini-bar, which added to the overall convenience and quality of our experience.

This hotel is highly recommended.

The modern facilities and design. The cleanliness and newness of facilities. The personal amenities provided - shampoo, conditioner, face soap and body wash were of a great quality and the half western/half Japanese style bathroom gave it a nice touch. We'll definitely stay again. I also accidentally left some items and the front desk was really helpful over email but not so helpful over the phone.

The front desk staff were a little bit shy to speak English although their English was good. We will learn more Japanese for our next visit so communication will be easier :)
